Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. When you arrive, let front desk know you are there for your appointment with Andrea at BE massage.
Enter through Altered States Wellness and check in at the front desk. You are welcome to take a moment to settle in before your session.
BE is for one thing only: real, uninterrupted rest. Come as you are. Leave lighter. Slow, consistent touch. Rhythm over intensity. Less process. BE uses the BE flow method, a continuous rhythm that moves between light, medium and firm pressure. Never hard. Never forced. Always following what your body needs in the moment. Focused attention on areas holding the most tension. Every session follows your body not a script. The goal is to help your nervous system shift out of stress mode and actually rest.
You’ll feel the work. You just won’t feel like you got hit by a truck afterward.
No. The BE Flow Method doesn’t follow “pressure rules.”
Instead of staying in light, medium, or firm the entire time, pressure naturally shifts throughout the session based on what your body is responding to. Some areas receive slower, deeper work, while others are addressed with lighter, more fluid touch to help the nervous system stay open and receptive.
Think of it like contrast therapy. Similar to how alternating heat and cold (like a sauna and cold plunge) wakes up circulation and helps the body reset. In the same way, changing pressure throughout the session helps your nervous system stay engaged instead of bracing or shutting down.
This variation is intentional. It keeps the body from “getting used to” one sensation and allows deeper release to happen more naturally. There is no pressure to endure or perform, only a continuous flow that adapts to you.
No. Your card on file is used to secure your appointment, but you won’t be charged until after your session is complete. Payment is collected at the end of your visit.
No. The rest period is part of BE experience, not optional. Your nervous system finishes the recovery work during that 30 minutes. It's when your body actually absorbs the benefits of the massage.
If you need just the massage without the rest, BE relaxed and BE restored aren't the right fit. But, that's okay. There are other options out there.
Be is designed as a complete experience. Rest comes before hustle.
Maternity massage isn't offered at BE. Sessions are longer and designed for a different kind experience. Postpartum clients are always welcome.
If your anxiety spikes on Sunday... it's not random.
I chose to offer sessions on Sundays and Mondays because these are the days your body most naturally leans into rest and reset. Sunday is often when the “Sunday blues” show up that quiet anxiety about the week ahead. Monday can carry the tension, pressure, and lack of ease as the week begins.
These are exactly the moments your nervous system needs support the most.
That feeling has a name now "Smonday."
Online only. No account creation. Pick your time, book it, and you're done. No back and forth.
The treatment room is spacious enough to accommodate wheelchairs and walkers comfortably. However, the entrance doors are not automatic. If you use a mobility device, please let me know when booking so I can ensure someone is available to assist you with entry.
Clients will need to be able to transfer onto the massage table independently or with the assistance of a companion. Companions are welcome to help with the transfer but will need to wait outside the treatment room during the session.
To keep the space calm and uninterrupted, sessions are one-on-one and reserved for clients 18 and older. I don’t allow additional guests in the room during services.
If someone comes with you, they’re welcome to relax and enjoy the wellness center while you’re in your session.
If you require assistance getting on or off the table, a companion is welcome to help you before the session begins and after it concludes, but will need to step out once the service starts.
The easiest appointment you'll ever book.
Want to get off the table, get dressed, and just float out the door?
Pay before we begin and you’re done. Nothing to think about on the way out just the feeling.
Prefer to pay at the end? No problem. We’ll take care of it after your session. Either way, a card on file is required to reserve your spot.
BE Massage is cashless. No awkward checkout moments.
I accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, EMV chip cards, contactless payments, digital wallets, and all major debit and credit cards.
Please reschedule if you’re currently sick or experiencing active cold/flu symptoms. Massage requires your body to be in a state of rest and recovery not fighting illness. Your health comes first, and rescheduling protects both of us. Contact me to reschedule at no penalty.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Use the contact form on my website or call the cancellation line at (214) 214-7458 for same-day changes
No, BE massage does not provide post-operative lymphatic massage. As it does not align with the overall experience and intention of BE. Which focuses on relaxation, nervous system support, and restorative bodywork for general wellness.
All three use the BE Flow Method firm but gentle, nervous system focused. The difference is in depth and purpose. 2 services, 1 program.
BE Relaxed ($130, 90 min) is for everyday stress and tension. 60 min massage plus 30 min guided rest. Perfect for people carrying tension from work, life, or just needing to decompress.
BE Restored ($160, 2 hrs) is deeper relaxation and restoration. 90 min massage plus 30 min guided rest. For people who need more time to fully release and recover.
BE Recovered ($300) is for athletes and high-output bodies who demand a lot from their bodies. Structured 3-session program combining 3-60 minute massage sessions, cupping, percussion, and stretching all designed so your body can finally rest and recover between training, competition, and life.
You can start at BE relaxed and work your way up. Many clients use both relaxation services and then add BE recovered when they start training seriously.
