You are in charge. Always. Before I start I'll ask what you need, where to focus, and what to avoid.
During the session you can ask for more pressure, less pressure, skip an area entirely, or just tell me to leave you alone so you can sleep. All of that is correct. None of it requires an explanation.

BE does not have a body type. There is no size, shape, age, or appearance that is more welcome here than another. This table is for every body that needs rest - and every body needs rest.

BE Massage uses a small-batch, unscented, non-greasy massage oil that is certified gluten-free, vegan and made with botanical ingredients. Free from silicones, parabens, and mineral oils.

All linens and blankets are washed daily with Buff City Soap. Handmade plant-based soap from our local Colony community, free of harsh chemicals and synthetic ingredients. Because your comfort matters.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies, I get it. I do too. I know what it’s like to constantly read labels and still feel unsure.
